Glean (Glen) na Muice Beag lies at the heart of the Fisherfield Forest, a remote area of the  Scottish Highlands southeast of Poolewe. It also forms part of the Great Wilderness Challenge route from Dundonell.

For me this is the Scotland I love most, shower clouds forming over high peaks, (Ruadh Stac Mor and Carn Mor here), rich mountain flora and fauna basking in summer warmth and a burn sparkling as it tumbles and meanders through the glen.
